As CEO and Co-Founder of SmylSync, he brings his expertise as an Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma practitioner to optimize dental practice operations through virtual assistant services and AI-driven technology.
Beyond SmylSync, Nico leads the Adamson University Technology Business Incubation Office (AdUNEST), where he has mentored and scaled multiple startups. He also serves as Programs Chair for Training and Development at SCALE NCR, where he co-developed the Startup Institute, a platform that equips future founders and innovators across the Philippines.
With certifications in Blue Ocean Strategy and Design Thinking, and experience as a Venture Leader Scholar, Nico blends business strategy, operational excellence, and innovation leadership.
